Prof. Dr. Saniye Çelik bridges the worlds of academia, governance, and practice in her role as Professor of Diversity and Inclusion in the Police Force at Leiden University. She is a Crown-appointed member of the Social and Economic Council (SER), Chair of the Central Government Integrity Committee, and an Associate Partner (Leadership Advisory) at Capita Selecta.

Her expertise lies at the intersection of inclusive leadership, organizational culture, social safety, and decision-making.
