Biography
Henriëtte van den Heuvel

Henriëtte started her career as General Manager within the family business, an Oil and Gas wholesaler. In the years that followed, she started her studies in Work and Organizational Psychology and obtained her PhD on 'the role of the manager in measuring and rewarding performance'. She combined the last three years of her PhD research with a position as Consultant at the Human Resources Group of Adviesbureau Berenschot. She trained and advised managers in the field of Performance Management and Remuneration, among other things. Henriette joined Hay Group, where she held various positions: Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant and Business Developer. A few years later, the position of Manager Management Development was accepted within Essent.
She returned to Hay Group in the role of Business Development Manager for the Pharma and Energy sectors. In the last 10 years, Henriette has focused on developing executives in medium-sized and large (international) organizations through vision and strategy development, training and coaching.
Henriëtte obtained her PhD in Work & Organizational Psychology (Dr.) at the UVA. She is a certified coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and Time Line Therapy.
In April 2019 Henriëtte started as Partner Leadership Advisory at Capita Selecta, where she mainly focuses on individual coaching, group dynamics, performance management and the design of leadership models and programs.
