Arnold enjoys fulfilling assignments for boards and senior management teams within various market segments, with an emphasis on Food, Agri & Life Sciences and Industry. He studies the developments in these fascinating markets and advises his clients on them. In doing so, he successfully forges new connections between people and organizations.
Arnold has built up a large network over the years and has successfully filled numerous leadership positions. In his vision, Executive Search has increasingly developed into a detailed and creative process. Based on a thorough, substantive intake with clients and his years of expertise and sharp intuition, he knows how to present and actually match talented professionals.
Important themes within his portfolio are: situation- and culture-specific leadership, strategy-to-execution and optimization of the organizational structure. Market-related themes are: sustainability, availability of alternative protein sources and the increasingly critical consumer. This presents the food industry with enormous challenges. Arnold studied Zootechnics at Wageningen University, specializing in industrial marketing, business administration and international relations. After graduating, he worked in Zimbabwe for a year and a half as a manager of a crocodile farm. Back in the Netherlands, he started his career in Executive Search in 1995.
