Capita Selecta The Executive Finders has signed the Executive Search Code. Herewith we commit ourselves to have an active role in the appointment of women in top positions to promote diversity in the boardroom.
The Code contains nine principles, such as striving for a minimum percentage of women on "long lists" and properly guiding female candidates throughout the process.

Diversity is a strategic factor for achieving good decision-making and for the performance and innovative strength of companies, institutions and governments.
With this, we also hope to contribute to the business and social goal: more women in top positions.
